If you move from the west I guess gulf states is a good geopolitical location, plus as a chatolic I love history of MENA, but my plan #1 alternative would be Slovakia Portugal, Turkey or Greece, south Europe/ Greater Balkans ish would be my top choise, but Middle East and North Africa might be Great alternatives because of History, oportunity and geopolitical situation.

Eastern Europe/Balkan (if war in Ukraine settles). Iβm ideologically aligned with lots of the people the culture there and my business would have a good market. Iβm looking specifically at Serbia, Montenegro, and Croatia.
