Hi everyone. Can you guess whats coming? I Have connected with a local natural honey maker. It's in production right now and I'm very excited about this one. But before this makes it to screens near you I have a Youngs 40 pint strawberry & lime cider review coming very soon. Along with a new 6% cider from apple juice on its way. That will be followed by a wild blackberry wine with possible 18% ABV using Lalvin ec-1118 yeast. Also I have not given up on my super yeast mutation series. I am now step feeding the bread yeast which is on generation 10 lol. I am about to feed it for the third time and we will finally see how high I can get the alcohol, but this may well be the last installment if it fails haha. I have just opened my community posts so you guys can add your worth to my channel and we can all interact, which I think is pretty cool. I look forward to connecting with you all very soon.
