Yesterday, this channel had a birthday! I can hardly believe it’s been 7 years since I posted my first video here, and boy howdy…has it been a wild ride! I know people say all the time, “I had no idea what I was getting myself into…” but seriously…it fits in this scenario. 😂 From filming to editing to thumbnails and titles, to analytics and the algorithm, to engaging with audience members and monetizing…I had to learn it all as I went. And I had a lot (A LOT) of people help me build the plane as we were flying it. 🛫 It wasn’t all sunshine, there were (and still are) plenty of storms and challenges. Even days when I 💯 just wanna quit. But we’re still here, and until the Good Lord calls me elsewhere, I know we have more to do! I thank you from the bottom of my heart for watching, supporting, commenting, sharing, and continuing to come back here to see what’s happening in my kitchen. Now with the new kitchen almost complete, I’m so ready to get back at it with lots of family friendly meal plans and recipes to share with you all! P.S. New video Thursday! P.P.S.
