20 years ago exactly tomorrow on Aug 28th I started 6th grade with my teacher Miss Seip at Spring Ford 5th 6th Grade Center, Hurricane Katrina started its doom and gloom in New Orleans and this famous/infamous funny clip of CNN's Chad Myers and Carol Costello was born!
