I have to agree. One time when my phone service got cut off, i went a couple weeks without it. Honestly the most peaceful i had felt in a while. I felt much more present and had to read books to kill time

I am going to try this. Maybe I'll come back in the future and share how it goes after a month. I'll start by limiting my YouTube time to like 5% of what it's been. YouTube recommended is such an attention black hole, felt healthier when you had to be more intentional about what is watched. Imma start up my own channel tho, been working on something for 10 years now, time to release it.

Overstimulation definitely includes being over-caffeinated, and nicotine produces the same general effect.

not true. Anxiety is often from a very painful experience that keeps lingering. I’ve felt it too. I was overstimulating myself like crazy everyday and yeah it’s unhealthy but it didn’t cause any anxiety. Then when i went through a rough breakup, that’s when i felt it, even tho i stopped the overstimulating habits a year before that
