i watch asmr throughout the day but i cant sleep without it so nightime

I work nightshifts. That's how I found ASMR. I needed help to sleep during daytime 😴

Cause than I'd feel more confident and calm to deal a/o manage with tough challenges in my job and not be so stressed out sometimes

I think some asmr realy helps with my headaches and I like to lay back of a day time and relax more rather than going to sleep

when i lived alone i would watch asmr almost every night, but my longtime partner moved in a few years ago and he's not into it, so definitely been watching more during work lol
