You can usually stop bot comments like those by pinning a comment right after you uploaded. Hope this helps

Long time no post here.
A lot of random user sending nonsense comments on my latest videos.
I think they are bot.
Whenever I upload a new video, I will disable the comment section for ??? days from now on.
If you have something to ask me about my new videos in the future and you don't want to wait. You can send a comment on this post instead.
