Taking a break, with explanation because i feel comfortable sharing on this platform
Okay so tbh idk why im taking a break completely but ive been so stressed i push myself way to hard and i compare myself, my boyfriend broke up with me a bit ago and i was trying to focus on myself but its alot harder then i thought, all i ever want to do is skate it makes me feel free like its just me and the ice, no drama no issues just skating. But i have to go on rest for a month or two because i pushed myself to land a double axel and severely twisted my ankle and i have mild knee hyperextension (when your knee bends backwards more than forwards) so i cant do the one thing i like, i mean ill try to talk to my friends but really dont message me often im not in the mood to answer rn im just tired and need a break. Also little vent but also another reason, so my sister is always trying to be better then me (grades, sports, music, hobbies, editing, art, etc) so its just been hard to not be pressured to be the best.
