Yes, there is no such as like canon Miku(?) But seriously blue, long pigtails exist for very long time even before Miku’s existence. So yeah uh, if you gonna add that, just remember people will start calling it Miku, again it’s kinda unavoidable.
Not every character having blue long is Miku btw, unless someone confirmed it it’s miku.
I honestly see it as Miku only if it’s really confirmed MIKU, any Miku.
Melanchream tbh doesn’t look like anything like Miku, maybe because her blue pigtails that's all. Or even her abyss form. If she has a different hair color instead of blue, NOBODY will call it Miku. So yes, I always knew blue pigtails is the reason why the character is always compared to Miku.
