Good for Arnie, the man has so many accolades in BBQ, it's a shame he never got his big break in that world, good thing he's also extremely good at cooking Mexican food. There's not many people who you can really feel the quality of person they are over the Camera, but that M'fer radiates integrity and goodwill.
