That's a cool idea. My first thought is Bohemian rhapsody, because of the "little high, little low" part, but that's a massive undertaking for obvious reasons.

Awesome Burrito
Hello everyone, yesterday marked the 3 year anniversary of my first ever Mario Paint cover (don't watch), which is why I am pleased to announce my next big project!
Introducing Mario Paint in STEREO!!!!
(Ok maybe not all that impressive but I'll be making a bunch of songs a little differently by composing L & R versions of various music separately and then panning and playing them together.)
Hoping to drop it by December 2nd, exactly one month after the 3 year anniversary. And its still being worked on, if there's any songs you think would sound good in stereo Mario Paint reply with them and you may hear them soon.
