I was guided to start doing a morning sadhana ( spiritual practice time) bringing spiritual souls together to create a synergy effect. A synergy effect is where 2 or more people come together to do their spiritual practices and it helps in deepening the awakening effects of your spiritual practices.

In my sadhana some of my practices are pray, meditate, chant, study spiritual truth, pranayama, and a few other things. In this time together I’ll probably share some of the things that I do to keep my practice fresh. I’d love to hear what you do in your spiritual practice time.
