I was very confused what to do in my career and nothing was working out this 3 things really helped me

When you start eating clean it builds a discipline because when we feel lost we start eating junk food because we want to suppress current pain or escape the present

Exercise : Try to go for a walk or gym the ghost and negativity inside us hate light , meeting people and moving body but its very helpful for our positive energy also many successful people still wants a fit body

Journaling : this helped me alot because i was having no friend to share my things so i used to journal the more i journal the more i started understanding my self what makes me feel good what makes me feel bad and it also helped me bring more clarity in life

i used to plan in my journal my next day goal and yes i get failed at them too but slowly i understood what i am good at and what i am not and thats why i don't do coding and choose teaching

journaling was a gift for me
