I've chosen cold exposure because I've honestly felt that after trying it today, I've noticed that yes it's cold but you feel so much better both mentally and physically afterwards, so thank you Wim Hof for introducing this method to the world, keep up the awesome work that you do Wim Hof.

Been doing it 5y now and I used to flip between breath work being most important to cold exposure and back again but I was wrong. Commitment is by far the most important, without that the breath work and cold exposure would’ve just been another passing fad.

Do the breath work first thing. I’ve been doing it and no Covid and no cold or flu in years. I’m not saying it prevents anything but I’ve been well - And it won’t hurt you.

I’m very consistent and disciplined with the breathing exercises every morning, I’ve never felt better

Breath work the most, easiest to work in every day, then cold exposure. Mindset is practised more often than realized. More of a way of life

Yeah every morning. Breathwork, and ice bath for 4 mins minimum, now and again ill do a bigger breathwork for s big release of emotion. I dont feel like I need to meditate much anymore as this seems to be all I need

Why you call this ancient yoga practice the wim hoff method ? Is it because you have a big Ego and stole this technique from India ?
