It's been a looong time since I've last posted a video, and for that I'm sorry. Many of you have reached out with concern, and that means a lot. I've been in the midst of many things that have required my attention.
My plan is to come back to YouTube sooner than later.
In the meantime, I have begun posting on Substack focusing on better health through daily workouts, whole food, clean water, and better rest.
