Initial dpr was prepared by dmrc by 2011 And revised dpr prepared by 2015 Which was ultimately shelved due to unviablity... During 2015 times it was also plan to to extend the rapid metro also called rapid metro north extension from two points i.e Belvedere tower and moulsari Avenue (provision is available for the extension) to Dwarka but looking at the development of planning a metro line from dwarka to IFFCO chowk, this rapid metro north extension will ultimately Interchange with dmrc Dwarka IFFCO chowk metro station at old Delhi Gurgaon and in future it will extend to old gurgaon bus stand via (Atul kataria chowk) and then to gurgaon railway station And NCRTC during 2005 to 2013 and dpr prepared by 2018, show presentation already have a plan to develop three rrts in first phase but only one was sanctioned in 2019 i.e delhi meerut rrts. While delhi Alwar rrts already have a planned station near cyber City interchage with rapid metro Cyber city.. but the great khattar ji shift the plan of one section of Delhi Alwar rrts to old Delhi Gurgaon road and also sanction to built the pillar only at atul kataria chowk to make a provision for Atul kataria chowk Underpass and flyover but as of now, the rrts come back to its original route i.e nh 48 via Cyber city. So now this unused rrts pillar at atul kataria chowk is a prime example of khattar governance... So illogical and pathetic governance cancel all the plan And today also make a lots of plan but no action If this all plan got approved during 2015 with IFFCO chowk to Dwarka dmrc metro and rapid metro north extension Then we have a another strong multiple metro line i.e rapid metro north extension and dmrc IFFCO chowk to Dwarka metro And i don't think it was unviable (if it's then looking at today scenario it will soon start making a profit, and yes even dmrc do the various type of source of Funding like property development, open shops and advertising etc because dmrc knows too that they couldn't cover a cost by tickets only so with multiple sources of revenue these lines will eventually start covering it's cost in coming years) And today we might be taking about some other but very important metro line or missing link Now we all know the story of multiple Dpr and it still continues today I hope you all heard about the sector 9A to Cyber city metro from elevated to underground If they all are making dpr for so long time then they don't aware about the road length After approval in June 2023 Delay delay First change of metro depot Delay in alloting and floating a tender Shifting from HMRTC and forming a new body i.e gmrl Delay in Hiring a metro body multiple officers Change and modify planning at cyber City intersection Now they are thinking of changing the elevated to underground (are they dumb, why they don't prepare the plan first, and are they aware of cost escalation and return of investment etc) Worst worst worst...

You showed soil testing in Sec 111, 4-5 years back. Its being tested in Khattar labs of Urban degradation 😂😂😂😂....... The only roadblock i see is NPA Mr khattar, he is strongly against Gurgaon development. Now he has power at national level to continue vicious circle of Metro planning > Dpr > Soil testing > Approval by state government > Change the route after 3-4 Years > Ask for new DPR > Soil testing > wait for 3-4 years > announce new infrastructure projects like rrts or new metro lines > Wait for 2-3 years > Underpass/flyover/stations issue among rrts/new metro lines/other roads > Ask GMDA/MCG/HSVP/HORC/HMRTC to coordinate with each other for seamless stations connectivity for each 😂 > wait for 5-7 years for coordination 😂> plan from beginning > Dpr > Soil testing >>😂
