If Fe is the chemical symbol for Iron, wouldn’t that make every woman an Iron Man?

@PeterPeter-rl9vn

This should be a quiz not a poll, it’s not an opinion.

The colour of salt or the solution indicates the presence of certain cations: Blue - Copper (II) // Cu2+ Green - Iron (II) // Fe2+ Brown - Iron (III) // Fe3+

@ArthurGamer20101

It's because of the word "Ferrum" in Latin, translated to English it means "Iron", most of the elements have their names written in Latin because it's an stable language, it isn't changed like other languages like English or Portuguese, because it is mostly not used as a main language anymore.

For those who need a way to remember Fe is for iron but how I remember it is Fe also looks like Ferrous whish means to contain iron so when you see this Fe=iron you can see it us Ferrous=iron (To contain iron = Ferrous)

@dinahbird7473
