Lifting weights and strength training. Taking cold showers is one of the best things that I've ever done, it helps you both mentally and physically. If you've done it for a while, you get so used to doing it that it no longer feels cold. So thank you Wilm Hof for creating such an amazing life-changing method that helps you to feel better both mentally and physically and keep up the awesome work.❤

I do my cold shower after a cup of tea in the morning, followed by a warmup and a strength training workout and finish it up with a moderate cardio session

Your breathing techniques are critical for short ski trips to the mountains for someone who lives in the lowlands.
