I always love it when you include a short meditation at the end of yoga practice. It sets me up for the day ahead.

any mental health or destress sequence is kinda what I'm looking for 30-45 minutes, relatively gentle. trying to build endurance to practice a bit daily. right now I'm at 2 times a week plus indoor rock climbing and walks until I can get outside to rock climb again. ty for all your efforts.

The pigeon pose and variations to warrior poses. 30-40 min long is perfect. Your voice is so relaxing. Thank you for your yoga!

I love the time, poses and pacing of your Dynamic Vinyasa Flow video. It’s not a workout pace, but just flowy enough to visit a number of different whole body poses and make you feel a little invigorated with a savasana at the end. I love that kind of flow.

I really enjoy gentle flow with music, I enjoy poses where I get to take my time and relax and not have to switch too fast, especially the ones where you’re laying on the ground (or bed) and focusing on your breathing, I especially love your restorative yoga video and your whole yoga in bed series for a quick session before bed or after I wake up. My all time favorite poses are child’s pose (with or without pillow) and the pigeon pose

I love your videos!! And thank you for asking! It would be helpful to have a core work sequence that focuses more on the obliques and transverse abdominis (and the rest of the “pelvic bowl”). For anyone who has had a pregnancy or had abdominal surgery, or who has diastasis recti (or really as just a function of aging), doing core work that focuses on rectus abdominis make the “pooch” worse.

A strong, energetic and uptempo vinyasa flow with some arm balances would be awesome!

Not a specific pose But a longer destress sequence one that is more in the 45-60 minute range And a sequence that engages the core and the hips :)

I really like the relaxed hamstring and glute stretches. After years of sitting my mind muscle connection in those areas is really weak. So a slow flow to connect to those muscles again would be great!

Malasana, goddess pose, and moon salutations. I love all of your practices, so no matter what you incorporate, it will be perfect. But Malasana is absolutely my fav pose. Looking forward to whatever you come up with! 🙏🏼

Hi Jessica and all from Italy! I find at least 10 minutes everyday to practise with U! So I suggest mix of 10 minutes classes (5! A working week long!) 😀 . U are GREAT!

Firstly, I love both your shorter and longer videos. You are my favorite yoga teacher on YouTube and your teaching style is absolutely perfect! Personally, I would love a sequence that stretches the full body, but with a special focus on stretches to get the splits. So like an everyday routine that helps with the inner thigh abductors, particularly the gracilis. Frog pose would be great also! Thanks so much for all you do.

I know I'm not giving a pose specific answer (sorry!) But I would love to see a lower body tension release, deep stretch class that has a good amount of focus on the glutes and lower back ❤️ I know how important having strong glutes is for overall health, so I incorporate weight training, but stretching and mobility work then becomes even more important to avoid aches and pains.

I really enjoyed the slow yin classes with probs. I also love the videos where you show advanced alternatives during a pose
