Can’t wait for this, after an amazing set up in legend of ruby sunday, I thought for sure you’d be singing it’s praises but after that conclusion, I just know you’re gonna tear it apart as it deserves. What an awful way to reintroduce suketh to new audiences, hard to believe this is the same man who reintroduced the cybermen, daleks, master, Rassilon, etc so effortlessly. RTD has truly lost the sauce. Edit: With it seeming like we’re going to see more of the pantheon, how on earth are any of them going to be made to be a true threat if we just see saw their leader get defeated with a leash.

@relayer27

For God's sake cancel this shite now, RTD has done the impossible and made Dr Who even worse than Chibnall. Just let it go now before there's no legacy left

Hated it, waste of time and resources. Dreadful conclusion. RTD should feel embarrassed.

Just saying, all the Sutekh death stuff could have been resolved a little more climactically if the Doctor tricked Sutekh into bringing death to him or the TARDIS and the revealing later that the Doctor used a time corridor either wired through the TARDIS or wired through his own body (him would've made for a far more tense reveal) to cause Sutekh to split death to all of his actions throughout the universe. All that needed to have happened then was have Sutekh be defeated as the cumulative paradox focuses (or is focused by a third party, Doctor/Tardis?) on him and his body is ripped apart by the Time Vortex. Same feeling from the Doctor of being a murderer, same resolution to the climax, no leashes in sight.

I am so thoroughly disappointed, to the extent that I am pining for the fucking CHIBNALL era.

I had a great time with the finale. Really liked how they handled Ruby's departure and her mother's reveal. I expect a lot of people won't gel with this episode though. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts :)

Honestly a weird episode to have in the cinema as a special event, but I could genuinely watch any good doctor who episode on the big screen so doesn't bother me I enjoyed it, a solid finale although the first part is still better imo.

Really amazing episode, I loved how Ruby’s mother was handled, the whole idea of a normal person being soo amazing and special was a great message overall and one the show has been championing since the beginning The death scene was real cool with Suteth (can’t spell it right) through the time vortex, some amazing CGI I thought it was sick as hell Happy to see for once a companion having a happy and healthy ending, she needs to live her life without the doctor now and that’s good, he is sad but of course he is, we all are, but it needs to happen and he knows that, he learned that with Clara and Bill, this is the best ending for them all.
