Completely dependent on what you are weak in and what your goals are. If your chest needs more muscular development then Spoto is best, if you are bad in the bottom range of a bench and struggle with stability then Larsen press is best, if you can't bench alot without momentum than pin press is best, if you need more power off chest or have weak triceps than close grip is best. Reverse grip might be best for bodybuilders wanting more upper chest development.
