massaging my nails with vaseline really helped for me! and also keep them clean and rub a raw garlic clove on your nails for them to be stronger and dip them in lemon juice and baking soda to get rid of stains<3 you can also always have a clear nail polish coat on them and soak your nails in warm water then push back your cuticles with your other nails, hope it helps! :)

Well as a girl with big nails while being in school my nails grow naturally I just make sure they are always properly cleaned and file them every month a bit for good growth as you are still a child I don't think you need anything much ❤️
