Same thing happened to me I was recording my neighbor in the apartment having a loud party she grabbed my phone and ran right into and a wall mounted fire extinguisher knocked herself out. Cops come acting like white knights and arrested me took me down to the station held me in jail then released me to flex their power, no charges no apologies. It’s a wicked world we live in!

He messed up by saying he was holding her back. Clearly he was wrestling with her. Even there done that. Don’t say you did shite if you didn’t do shite. He could’ve let her him until he got mad and slammed her or threw her down. Now that’s retaliation and in the eyes of the law that’s assault on a woman. One time a girl put hands on me I grabbed her and threw her out of my house and locked the door. The cops asked me several times if I grabbed her and pushed her out the door because that would’ve been considered assault since I was forcing her to do something even though it was removing her from committing violence on me. I said “no officer I just kept walking in her way as she kept back peddling until she was out the door then I locked it. She broke my window and cut my face” the cops were only worried about if I physically put her outside against her will at my house🤦🏽♂️🤔 be careful what you tell the cops because she got taken to jail and not me and she ended up coming back to my house at 7am🤦🏽♂️ the cops dropped her off 🤔🤦🏽♂️ I figured they smashed her and dropped her off so I kept the door locked until she finally left and never c

Similar situation as well. Have video of her jumping on me, damaging my car and even biting me trying to get her way. I still end up in jail and have to fight her false accusations.
