Something else that was released this week, that I really enjoyed doing was my visit with Dr. Tyna Moore: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wLPTT...

Love love your episodes . They are my new chocolate lol The main thing I'm always listening out for is Autism and how the body creates an environment where this can happen. Listening to the science you share gives me great hope as I really do believe now that through understanding one's individual make up can help show the road out to optimise the body systems to make progress possible. Thank you

I really liked this episode too, and gave me a new avenue to discuss with my doctor regarding my struggle with weight, increased (almost uncontrollable) hunger/cravings in the evenings, and increasing insulin resistance. I did reallly well last April to October with a low carb diet and intermittent fasting, but now, I just can't get back on track, no matter what I try. All this to say, thanks to this episode, I'm looking for a new kind of doc, and going to ask, explore if microdosing (carefully) is an option for me.

“Man cans”. I am still laughing about that one! Great interview!

I did like that the benefits of micro-dosing of GLP1s was discussed.. but not so much about the issues that may be caused by GLPs in general, for example, bone density loss, which was discussed in depth on your interview with Steven on Diary of a CEO. What do you think of someone that has a diagnosis of osteoporosis starting GLP1 agonists? Good or bad idea? I am a HUGE fan of yours, thank you for everything that you give us 😊

I just listened to your podcast with Jordan Peterson and am very curious about insulin resistance. I really want to learn and have honest questions. It seems on the show that you recommend a keto diet, which I have formerly learned can be very bad for your health and being in ketosis for too long can be very dangerous. When you google ketosis there is a long list of potential problems such as keto flu, nutrient deficiency, liver problems, and heart disease. As well as this article from Harvard https://www.google.com/url?q=https://www.health.harvard.edu/staying-healthy/should-you-try-the-keto-diet&sa=U&sqi=2&ved=2ahUKEwji_8TN5byLAxVAJkQIHf8zGTUQFnoECBwQAQ&usg=AOvVaw2LlJG-xJTsq4skAE6dXVdm. I had learned in my physiology courses that carbohydrates were the bodies preferred source of energy. I respect that you have studied on this topic greatly and much of what you said makes sense but just conflicts with what I’ve previously learned. How can I get more information about your suggested diet plan and why it’s actually beneficial and not detrimental? I’m wanting to feed my family the best I can and really want to research this. Additionally as a Latter Day Saint, I’m curious how you feel this fits with the word of wisdom telling us to eat fruits and grains and herbs and eat meat sparingly? I honestly want to learn and make the best health choices I can. I’d love if you could offer some direction to learn more.
