Stunning Cactus Gaming

**PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU HAVE ORDERED MERCHANDISE FROM ME***

I have been using TeeSpring to fulfill merchandise orders for about a year now. They were fine at first - not the greatest quality, shipping kinda took a while, but overall a fine experience and a cool way to support the channel.

HOWEVER - they have not paid me anything that they owe me since January 2025. And it has come to my attention that many users of Teespring from all over the world are not receiving items they've ordered or payouts they are owed from this company since as far back as December 2024. Reaching out to support took a long time and did not resolve the issues I was having with them.

If you have ordered merchandise through my Store since December 2024 and have not received anything yet, here's what you need to do:

1) Make an attempt to ask the company for a refund.

Go to this link: sprisupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Fill out the form. Here is a template you can copy and paste in and simply fill in the necessary details in parentheses:

"Greetings,

This is a help request with Order #(insert order number), which was placed on (insert order date) and went into production (insert production date, if applicable). Per your Refunds and Cancellations "Fulfillment Guarantee" policy, you guarantee to produce all orders and provide a shipping tracking number within 10 business days of the order date. Since it is well past that date, I am formally requesting a refund for this order to my original payment method (NOT store credit).

If I do not hear back within seven (7) business days with confirmation of the refund, I will be forced to escalate further by issuing a charge back with my bank/Paypal and filing a formal complaint with the appropriate channels (TrustPilot, BBB, etc).

Thank you for your understanding and I hope to resolve this amicably.

Regards,
(insert your name)"

If they respond and issue you a refund, then great!
If they respond and promise you a refund but it doesn't show up within a week, or they don't respond at all, it doesn't matter. Step 1 is simply a required step because next we:

2) File a chargeback with your credit card company / or / raise a dispute with Paypal (or whatever you used to pay). These companies often require proof that you attempted to contact the company directly to resolve the dispute. Since we've already done that, this process should go smoothly and you should get your money back.

3) Do file a quick complaint with TrustPilot or BBB! This pressure helps hold the company accountable and could potentially lead to a future Class Action Lawsuit.

Finally, I want to apologize for this inconvenience. I wish I had taken more time to find a better supplier for merchandise. The last thing I want is to have you guys deal with all this bullshit when you were only trying to support me and get yourself some sweet merch. I will take some time now to find a company we can trust to fulfill orders on time, with quality products that you will enjoy having, a company that gives me peace of mind to sell my merchandise through. (with that said, if anyone has suggestions for such a company, I am open to them!)

Please let me know if I can help any of you with this process. If you haven't gone through something like this before it can seem a little daunting, but it is YOUR hard-earned money and you absolutely have the right to demand it back or take action when they don't fulfill their end of the bargain. It's a hands-off process that requires an email here, a phone call there, and a little patience.

Hang in there, Cactus Fam, new dope merch is soon to come 🌵
