If the both pieces of glass move in the shower enclosure, you will be able to clean beside the vanity/glass if it doesn’t slide you will need to remove stationary glass to clean it and the clean the side of the vanity

Should’ve done a Roman style seems like half of that space is completely wasted. Or at least an actual rain head, a shower head, and handheld
