A Cool, Cool, Christmas T'was the night before Christmas And all through the house. The air conditioner was on Cuz we live in the South The stockings were hung By the chimney with care. Close the door!!! You're letting out the cool air!!! On the side of the house I heard such a clatter I readjusted the thermostat I now know what's the matter It's not too late to go to the pawn shop, They're still open To buy a window unit air conditioner Cuz the central air is now broken All of the sudden Up on the roof I heard a big thump I stepped outside It was Santa with a brand new heat pump. Merry Christmas he said, I want you to stay cool So he pulled out his bag He had all the right tools Before you know it It was installed and working right He hopped in the sleigh I heard him say Merry Christmas to all Stay cool tonight, cuz I'm gonna... Although I appreciate the sentiment, I do understand why many shy away from referring to any particular religionin regards to this season. This holiday is rooted in the pagan Babylonian religious system; specifically the winter solstice revering the birth of Tammuz, which many have accepted the alternative bs that "Jesus is the reason for the season." There are diverse festivities involved throughout many cultures and there are devils that are empowered in them. The world will damn those that do not participate in the paganism, labeling us scrooges and whatever, but there is great reward and peace that comes from God the Father through his only begotten Son, Jesus Christ to those that seek him and love the truth. Buy the truth and sell it not. 🙂
