I have high proteinurea and occasional hematuria creatine 85. I am young and moderately underweight, not much muscle mass. I am wondering if the next podcast could be about ACE inhibitors- they can increase creatinine 30% but they help to reduce proteinurea and I would guess hematuria as well. But I am confused-by increasing creatinine aren’t they harmful-I don’t want to have higher creatinine it seems dangerous
