I am from the Marshall Islands in the South Pacific and been living in Hawaii now most of my life. Kava is the best alternative to drinking alcohol or anything else. It is a ceremonial drink and is pretty much a medicine in all the Pacific Islander countries. You want to be healed…go back to Mother Earth…she will heal you. Aloha & Blessings to your Dr.🤙🏽🙏

Guys, this should NEVER be drank within 72 of consuming alcohol. It can cause BOTH acute liver failure and long term damage when mixed with alcohol and it should NEVER ben consumed more than 6 weeks in a row. You should take breaks.

Wow, didn’t realize progesterone had such an impact on sleep! No wonder it gets harder with age. I’ve never tried kava tea—does it actually make a big difference for anyone here? Curious to hear how it’s worked for others before I give it a shot 🌿

In Germany Kava tea is not allowed. There are side effects like destroying the liver. It fell under drugs in certain countries.

I can't find kava tea anywhere online. I can see kava supplements, kava powder etc but no tea. Can anyone recommend a good reliable site that sells kVA tea and will ship internationally (Australia)?

Struggling to fall—or stay—asleep? 😴
As we age, our progesterone levels decline, reducing GABA production—the neurotransmitter that helps calm your nervous system.
But here’s the good news:Kava tea contains kavalactones that naturally support GABA and help your body relax into deeper, more restful sleep 🌿🫖
