🧡🧡🧡 Whoa! Hi! I just made this recipe FROM YOUR CHANNEL 2 days ago and it's also why I subscribed! I am stunned to see it featured now - I got confused until I realized it's probably good for Thanksgiving. I had just been hunting for a casserole easy enough for me to handle. I still managed to mess it up... I guess I did the wrong measurements, I used 2 medium yellow squash, 1 small zucchini, and had to keep baking it for a long time for the over-moist stuffing in the middle part of the 9x13 pan to cook thru and solidify. But that's because I didn't follow your directions, I dont have a colander/strainer, and I probably made it too deep. I'll try a thinner casserole next time. This is a marvelous recipe, a stuffing/dressing that is also a vegetable. I have had special requests for this since a friend shared it in the early 70's. I have friends that over the years just show up at our house with all of the ingredients in a bag and wearing a hopeful look.
