On the release week of Always Been You, we’ve spent every possible second in the studio. It’s a place where time doesn’t exist, you forget to eat for hours past your normal mealtime, and you just exist in a world of creativity.
What no one seems to talk about with recording is how depending on your role in the band, you’re either leaving the studio sweaty and utterly exhausted from take after take…or you spent the day watching and offering suggestions while your band mate pours themselves out into their art. It’s feast or famine in some respects.
It’s a magic place and it will never be lost on us what a privilege it is to do what we do, and get to spend these hours here – especially with the utterly brilliant people we get to work with.
Can’t wait for you to hear what we’ve been cookin’. ❤️🤘
