한국 웰니스 세대를 이끌어 오는
1세대 선수님들과 함께 무대에 섰다는 것만으로도
큰 의미가 있던 무대였습니다.

이미 올해 미국 리전스포츠 프로쇼에서
1위를 차지하고 올림피아 출전을 확정지은 브라질 선수의
피지컬을 눈앞에서 보며 정말 많은 걸 느꼈어요.
현장에서 받은 그 충격은 잊을 수 없을 것 같습니다🔥

또, 중국 선수들 역시 놀라웠습니다.
그만큼 아시아 웰니스 시장이 빠르게 발전 중이라는 걸
몸으로 느낀 순간이었죠.

이번 시합을 통해
“나 역시 더 단단히, 더 부지런히 가야겠다”는 다짐을
다시 한번 새기게 되었습니다.

무대 위에서는 경쟁자였지만,
그 누구보다 같은 꿈을 향해 나아가는 동료들이기에
모든 순간이 값지고 소중했습니다✨
2년만에 소중한 국제무대 경험을 쌓았으니
이제부터 다시 시작입니다💪
Out of 18 incredible wellness athletes,
I proudly placed in the Top 5🏆

It was truly an honor to share the stage
with the first-generation athletes who have been leading
the Korean wellness scene.

Seeing in person the physique of the Brazilian athlete
who already won the Legion Sports Pro Show this year
and secured her Olympia qualification—
it was truly eye-opening.
The impact and inspiration I felt in that moment
are something I’ll never forget🔥

The Chinese athletes were also remarkable,
showing just how fast the Asian wellness scene is evolving.

Through this competition,
I reminded myself once again—
to become stronger, more disciplined, and more consistent.

Though we stood as competitors on stage,
we all share the same dream,
and that made every moment meaningful and precious✨

After two years, returning to the international stage
was a priceless experience—
and now, it’s time to begin again💪
