With Love, Kristina

Hi friends! There are two days left to preorder my book through Afterglow Books! afterglowbooksco.com/products/the-devil-and-the-mi…

I have been BLOWN AWAY by the preorders people are making through her - it's more than either of us expected! So much so, I have to order a second set of stickers and bookmarks to send her way! If you have preordered, whether it be through Afterglow or ANYWHERE online, thank you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, I am sooo honored and humbled and in tears by this experience and how positive it has been.

Y'all are making 9 year old Kristina's writer dreams come true and I'm so thankful.

(there will be many more signed copy opportunities in the future, once I have time to set something up on my own website! So if you miss this one, don't worry!)

@denisemusicnut

Kristina, I downloaded your book on Amazon Kindle, and read it without putting it down. I absolutely loved it! I seriously could not put it down, despite staying up way past my bedtime! I can tell you put a lot of cultural and historical research into your writing. When a book is so well written, it’s like having a movie playing in my head. I could see the people and the landscapes, and hear the Scottish brogue in the dialog. I did get a bit queasy in the battle scenes too! It was a totally great read. I hope you will be writing a sequel!

Ordered! I am so excited for this, I’ve been in a reading dry spell and romance always manages to get me back in. I actually just got done reading a short historical romance by Amelia Grey I picked up at the thrift store. I am so happy to be able to support an independent author, you’re amazing for all that you do! :)

Also can I just say thank you to the cover artist for drawing the protagonist as actually plus size and not slimming down her face’s side profile? It’s nice to see the rep

Oh no. Just started following you last week and today seen your message about your first novel. I went onto to the website but then realised because now 26th I won’t receive extra goodies. Deadline is 25th for those. Gutted. It sounds like a good read. Good luck

Hi Kristina, so excited for you! I was wondering if you could share an idea of your writing schedule. I know with five kids this must've been a Herculean task and I am wondering how you were inspired enough and disciplined enough to keep going. Love your content!

I'm intrigued by the title! Would you call it a historical fiction?
