I would recommend San Francisco, Boston, Seattle, for architecture and culture, and all of New England, which are the small northeastern states along the Atlantic Ocean, for incredible American history, beauty in nature, and the unique charm of all the towns and cities in that region. New England is the most beautiful, and most historical representation of America . It is gorgeous. I LOVE your channel, Hanaya, and your story!! Love from California. 🥰

Your sister would love to travel New England in the fall! The leaves are beautiful and there’s a lot of very cute small and historical towns that hold festivals to celebrate the season

Watching your videos has helped me as a native American to see my country with greater appreciation. I love seeing it from your perspective, and realizing how fortunate and blessed we are. Many things we tend to take for granted, like our freedoms and the wide selection of products. Thank you so much for opening my eyes. Also you have opened my eyes to the oppression and restrictions of North Korea. I look forward to each of your stories and adventures.

Every American should watch your videos to remind themselves how much we have to be thankful for. True, America is not perfect, but it has the potential to be great. Your work is important, not just for you, but for our humanity. Thank you. 🌹

For architecture, definitely check out the Pueblo Revivsl architecture in Santa Fe NM! For cute little towns, visit Connecticut in the falltime. Trust me on this one! There are cider mills, fall foliage, boutique towns, etc... a second would be Lincoln, New Hampshire! Make sure you go during the fall!

It’s a bit of a difficult time to travel to the US. You might consider it very carefully.

I will defer my comment to the individual who said to go to New England in late September/October. Absolutely stunning at those times

You've already been to Chicago but the architectural tours there are great. You may look at a Frank Lloyd Wright tour.

Maybe come to Hawaii, go see the Volcano on the big Island. Or Haleakala on Maui.

I’m biased cause I live in North Carolina, but it really is so lovely here. It’s the US state with the most linguistic diversity (tons of unique dialects), and tons of people have been moving here over the last ten years. Any more southern states in general deserve more love, in my opinion 😊 it’s not as exciting when compared to places like DC or Chicago, but it’s beautiful, and for that I love it :) Plus the Raleigh science museum is super fun lo

I kind of miss when I used to work evenings and would ride my bike to the Lincoln Memorial late at night/early in the morning when the weather was cool and a person could just sit by Abe and enjoy the peace and beauty

I will always start off with recommending Yosemite National Park in California when someone asks. The combination of the large redwoods and the park valley sandwiched between those huge cliffs of granite with the waterfalls will always be my favorite and a must see. I think for architecture that would depend on the type you are looking for but Chicago and New York would have to be our most Diverse cities in that regard. But we have amazing architecture throughout the country depending on interests. I will also always say that the time of year is just as important as the location is in the US, so perhaps keep that in mind. You don't want to visit some places in say July or August, just as there are some places you don't want to visit in January or February just because of the weather that particular time o the year. Im really enjoying your videos and cant wait to see more in the future. Stay happy, safe, and healthy.

Consider taking a long distance train trip, if you have the time and money. There is a train called the Amtrak California Zephyr. Having a roomette for the overnight trip between Denver and San Francisco is a spectacular ride. Also, the Amtrak Coast Starlight between San Jose, California and Los Angeles (or LA to San Jose) is an amazing day time ride. No matter what you decide, I truly hope your (and your mom's) journey is great from beginning to end. Thanks for your wonderful videos!

Hanaya
Hello everyone, this is Hana.
While I'm busy editing my unforgettable Washington D.C. travelogue, I've just uploaded a new video. This one is filled with so many different emotions.
The very end of the video, in particular, contains a moment of unimaginable happiness from my sister Ina, who crossed the Tumen River with me. Even I couldn't have predicted her emotional journey…
I would be so grateful if you would watch this new video and connect with me in the comments. Every single comment is a huge source of strength for me.
My U.S. travel series is now coming to a close with one final stop: Washington D.C.
Gentle San Diego,
Dynamic Chicago,
And Washington D.C. is...??
I'm planning another trip to the U.S. soon, though the exact schedule isn't set yet. So, I would love your recommendations!
👵🏻 Trip with my mom (in her 70s): If I travel with my mom, who loves architecture, where would you recommend we go?
👧🏻 Trip with my sister Ina: And where would be a good place to travel with my sister, who loves charming and cute things (which is why she travels to Japan so often!)?
Please leave me lots and lots of recommendations!
As I prepare for my world travels, I am studying English very diligently.
Thank you so much for supporting the hanaya channel, even with all its imperfections.
I hope you are always healthy and happy!
