Hello Wild Hearts, how are you feeling? For those in the USA I hope you have enjoyed some relaxation and time with loved ones. I wished to share with you a few words about our upcoming Lemuria release later on today. It is called LEMURIA: The Great Forgetting & The Whales of Remembrance.
I feel called to share from my heart tonight, I feel so very grateful and yet there is a heaviness in my heart that I can't quite place. I share that with you because sometimes even when the world looks perfect around us we may not always feel our best. Instead of ignoring feelings I feel it is important to come home to ourselves, to find home within yourself wherever you are, the body as a temple for the soul, travel, finding family wherever you go, occupying yourself, connecting to your unwavering infinite depths and the collective oneness.
I feel honoring our emotions is one of our kindest gifts to ourselves. Many of my clients are often incredible in caring for everyone before themselves and not necessarily the greatest at taking time for themselves or honoring their bodies.
And so in this moment I am inviting you to consider how amazing your body is, to consider all that it does and how it makes it possible for you to move through this reality. Often, very intuitive souls exist within the upper chakras and may struggle to feel grounded on Earth, being human!!!
You may not feel like you are from here, as though you are used to navigating realms with different parameters, in form or formless. This is an invitation to be grateful for your body, to enjoy your dreams and all that you wish to experience in this life and to also enjoy being fully grounded and present in the beautiful temple that is your physical home on planet Earth. The more grounded you are here, just like a tree you can grow deeper roots, the deeper the roots, the greater the storm you will withstand, the deeper the roots the higher you can reach up into the heavens.
And so it is Wild Hearts that tomorrow I will share this transmission from the Lemurian Elders, may you snuggle and relax, enjoy their guidance.
