Pasta with frozen vegetables (not in the frozen state obviously, I cooked them for a bit, but the point is they were not fresh veggies).

Also I just scrolled the pics and saw the pot noodle sandwhich - pot noodle sandwhich is not a struggle meal, it’s a delicacy

When I was a kid and my mum was low on money we would eat rice & baked beans for tea and ketchup sandwiches for lunch 😅

Just thought of one I still eat and is proper yum. Crisp sandwich, cheese and onion crisps, butter, bread.

I used to add gravy powder to pot noodles to make them 'bulkier' and 'more filling'.

Can of tuna, about 1/3 can of beans. Add garlic & onion powder, cayenne pepper. Frozen spinach and tomato if you have, tortilla if you have as well. Honestly fire and great macros

Tescos value salsa on toast with value cheddar, melted to a golden yum!! Or Sainsbury’s tomato pasta pot with bread or crackers. Chicken and mushroom pot noodle with bread. A brand of very thick mushroom soup with pasta bows, and if rich that day added tinned tuna and cheese.

I sometimes had beans on top of plain spaghetti pasta. If I had enough money, chicken on rice.

These last two weeks I had to work through most of the nights and I've only slept about 40 hours between those two weeks combined. I've barely had time to go to the shops, so I've been subsisting almost entirely on instant noodles, frozen pizzas, and enough tea to take a bath in. Idk if you'd call that a struggle meal, but it's been mine for 10 days now. Sorry if I'm incoherent, I'm severely sleep deprived x

Star Holroyd
I'M GOING TO TRY MY SUBSCRIBERS STRUGGLE MEALS FOR MY NEXT VIDEO! So I need your help!
WHAT ARE YOUR STRUGGLE MEALS?!
- Think what you eat/ate at uni when you are BROKE (e.g. cuppa soup with ham in or pasta with baked beans) 🫘🥫
- Or when you are hungover and you can't be bothered to go to the shop so you have to eat whatever you have left in the fridge/freezer/cupboard (e.g. weird leftovers mixed together, broke girl dinners) 🥡
The best ones I will use in a video and shout you out!! (if you've got a pic even better - hello@starholroyd.com)
THANKS BABES XXX
