I am so excited to finally share this project! I had so much fun producing this deep dive on how Bloom & Rage utilizes magic realism, one of my favourite genres. For those of you who haven't played this game, it would mean the world to me if you still checked it out. If you've been thinking of playing it and want to avoid spoilers, the first ~30 mins or so don't reveal any major plot points.
Queer games from smaller (Canadian!) developers are so important to me, and this one really left its mark; just like its predecessor, Life Is Strange. I hope you enjoy the video and decide to check out the game if it interests you. It's really quite special, imho. And if you're not sure you want to play it yourself, I have a full playthrough of it up on my channel.
As always, thanks for your patience and support. I am hoping to put out a couple more videos before the end of the year. And for my TLOU lovers, don't worry - I still have lots more to say about it ;)
