I need some advice on Lavender care! I planted these Lavender from seed last February. They are really slow growers! They DON'T appear near ready to plant in the ground.

What should I do with them if they remain this small by our first frost?

Up pot them, feed them, and keep them under cover. Plant them out in spring.😊
