George perfectly articulates why—regardless of your values or political leanings—you should be appalled by Charlie Kirk’s assassination.

I believe Kirk may have been targeted either because he was calling for the release of the Epstein files, or as part of a wider effort to fuel political instability and deepen division between left and right.

We’re being led to believe he was killed by someone who opposed his views on transgenderism and other flashpoints in the culture war, but to me this looks like a professional hit. It’s implausible that your average unhinged, angst-ridden authoritarian/“woke” leftist—someone with a self-diagnosed ailment for every letter of the alphabet, who can’t decide what gender they are from one day to the next—would have the skill, discipline, or nerve to make a shot like that, let alone organise the assassination and a clean getaway.

Whatever the truth, it’s disturbing that so many people are openly celebrating Kirk’s murder, endorsing the deranged idea that it’s morally acceptable to kill someone over a difference of opinion. By that logic, they’d have to concede that anyone who disagrees with their politics and beliefs has the right to kill them too. Absolute mentalists.

“When you tear out a man’s tongue, you are not proving him a liar. You’re only telling the world that you fear what he might say.”

The obvious issue is hard-left extremists and hard-right extremists who have no desire to listen to any alternative views. The hard-left spout rubbish like "Words are Violence". No they're not. My own younger brother is a proud Neo Marxist who said: "Freedom of Speech has no meaning. It can't be defined". Yes it can: "the right to challenge and question other people's ideas". Going back a few decades we actually had politicians who maintained friendships across the political divide. Tony Benn (staunch Socialist) was good friends with Enoch Powell (Tory and famous for "The Rivers of Blood" speech). The other problem we have is a criminal, corrupt establishment. Over 30 people a day are getting arrested for causing "anxiety", "needless annoyance" or "!inconvenience" [ The cops use Section 127 of the Comms Act 2003 ]. This is ludicrous tyranny.

I agree that it's disgusting to celebrate his death because you disagree with his views. Us Brits have been reacting to the gunshot footage with "Woah, the shooter was obviously a professional" whereas, apparently, a lot of Americans have been responding with "Actually, that's a fairly easy shot to make". So I think this is an obvious cultural difference between the two nations. I also think your point about the woke left is just a bit of an online stereotype. 😂 There's actually a Socialist, pro-gun group in the States I watched a documentary about recently. I'll link you the vid. ☺

Mere days ago, we spoke about the commercial benefit of avoiding positive change for animals. About the political benefit for those benefiting from things, just the way they are. We see an event of extreme viol3nc3 perpetrated against a symbol. Not just a person. The deaths of Dr Martin Luther King Junior and Malcolm X fuelled a revolution. That cataclysmic shift brought about such social change that books and movies and songs have been written about the aftermath. But more importantly many people were freed. Imagine the potential of this happening at reversing this. I fear for Americans. Because; the United States of America was founded on yhe colonisation of an already occupied country. This required the killing of 155 million indigenous people. That was 90% of the, then population. So the land of the free, has always depended on who you are. Here we sit, a mere 3000 Mike's awY but connected by language and a common ancestry. Well, if you are ruling elite at least. This connection is do strong. That we are sold burgers and fries. That we consider Ford a British car brand and that we soak ip holiwood versions of reality as though it was real history. Considering that John Wayne and Gary Coooer won World War Two. D4dpite it starting in 1939 and America staying neutral until 1941. So we must be wary of left vs right propaganda. In the auditing community for example, right wing bias is rife. Our culture is indeed under threat. But not only from one direction. Burgers are not good quality food. But they are very profitable. Certain Fizzy Drinks too are unhealthy. But do we resist? Maybe we ought to as they are not the coolest of aid.
