Currently designing a tele bass vi with a bigsby. I've always loved teles with a bigsby, it's such an underloved look

Tele with a Bigsby no contest. I've never clicked with Firebirds, I prefer Explorers.

Already have a short scale mustang bass so I went for that. The bass for a guitarist that records basslines

Thanks! I'm grateful for whichever you want to give me! Just let me know and I'll have my people contact your people and get this thing rolling! 🤣

I'd love a Bigsby equipped guitar. I had a loan of one for a while and it's a piece of hardware that suits me perfectly. Big, brash movements from me are needed to generate a nice subtly effect. A Floyd would be chaos in my ape-hands, but a Bigsby would fight back enough.

Got a tele and a bass so it would be the firebird, however, if I was in a guitar shop I probably wouldn't look at any of those three.

I just converted my Kingston short scale bass into a 6 string guitar so I need another bass and a Mustang would be perfect haha. The neck on the Kingston bass had a frozen truss rod from sitting for decades and it was easy to put a strat neck on and put a new bridge in the appropriate spot

Planning on building a Firebird guitar, a hybrid of 2 others on a mostly firebird body and neck, that I'm surprised no one has done yet. I've searched. But it will be mixed with some features of a specific fender and some Rickenbacker elements. But it will be the ultimate when it's done. Doing 3 other projects currently to work my way to it. Might buy a firebird kit body to cheat on the start of I can find a lefty neck, of the key item in the mashup, to use. I could always do a bolt on proof of concept then make a second from scratch with a neck through. I suppose I could just start as some of the lines will change, just a bit.

I chose the Mustang cuz I'm a bassist, however I can probably live without a short scale.

I've been in love with the Mustang since I could barely stand and saw Kurt (and almost everyone else) playing one. So naturally, when I learned that there wasn't just a bass but it was better suited to me? I won't pay for another bass until it's a Mustang (currently using a friends' old Glarry, but it's a full scale 5 string and it kicks my ass) 🎼

Firebirds are one of my favourite looking, sounding and feeling guitars, specifically the new Epiphone Firebird V. I'd love to get one of those in the cherry red :)

Firebird because the 9 ply neck through construction is very clever and the firebird specific humbuckers give it a unique sound.

I'll go the bass! I've had a 30" scale for years, a month or so ago I got a 29" scale bass! Short scale basses rule! 🙂
