This got to be the worst experience when it comes to buying something online. I ordered a Dyson vacuum cleaner back on Dec 2nd 2024. Not did I not get a notification when the item was out for delivery, the delivery company used by Dyson didn’t even both to deliver the item to my apartment or put I. Secure location in the building (we have those). They left it out in a public area in the building where it was obviously stolen. I’ve been dealing with customer service at Dyson since then. So far, I have no vacuum cleaner and no resolution in sight despite all the calls I’ve made. What a terrible experience!

Subject: Urgent Assistance Needed – Multiple Dyson Products Stopped Working Dear Dyson, I have been a loyal Dyson customer since 2016 and currently own six Dyson products. However, within the past two months, three of them have stopped working, which is extremely frustrating: My first Supersonic blow dryer stopped working while in use. I purchased a second Supersonic to replace it, and it also stopped working. My Airwrap Limited Edition also stopped functioning. I originally reached out to Dyson in November 2024 for assistance with my Airwrap, followed troubleshooting steps, but the issue was not resolved. The agent then processed an exchange—however, I am now being told that the same Limited Edition Airwrap with extended barrels, which I originally paid $600 for, is unavailable. I am being offered a standard Airwrap that does not include: The extended barrels The Limited Edition color The matching presentation case This was not clearly disclosed in the fine print of the refurbished exchange policy. If my original product is unavailable, I expect Dyson to offer a comparable replacement or a proper resolution that reflects the value of my original purchase. Additionally, I have encountered further issues with Dyson's platform: The link to leave a review on Dyson’s website following my Airwrap purchase has been deactivated. My ability to create an account on the community page to post a question is also restricted. This raises serious concerns about Dyson's transparency and customer engagement. Furthermore, my interactions with customer service via chat have been frustrating, and in some cases, agents have been dismissive and snarky. This is unacceptable from a brand I have been loyal to for years. I need a Dyson representative who is willing to provide a real solution, not just a generic response. I am now left without a blow dryer or styling tool because I sold my other styling tools when I received my Airwrap.
