This happens because in many companies, when employees 'work' with the IT team to fix problems, it's not considered part of 'productivity'.

No joke, that happens all the time in the real business. You try to solve the issue, ask some questions by eMail to the customer. -> No response for some weeks. Then you find out, the customer was on vacation for some weeks or had other "necessary/urgent" stuff to do. 😂

If something is truly urgent, I won't waste time waiting for them and will deal with it as soon as I can with or without them. If it requires their presence, then it's always on their time.

I had other issue. I have urgent Problem that need to be fixed now. IT answer after 1 Months (where you have have much more problems, becouse first thonk don't work)
