Smud, I'm afraid you've made the unforgivable mistake of joking about "a very sensitive subject" 3 years ago which is now the current thing. At this point I wouldn't be surprised if the people reviewing this stuff were actual robots themselves, it would make more sense

What did you even say that could be taken as “hate speech” in that ep?

I am going through a similar problem right now. I wish the reviewers would spend more time to understand the full video before making a decision.

I am dealing with something similar with Fandom. It is just the era we live in but I am sorry that happened to you. I am so over YouTube and glad I never started making videos. But Hate Speech in America is protection, so I am not sure what Youtube's logic or thinking is here.

And that's the hate speech appeal. No dice. No reason why. No explanation. No opportunity to learn, change, or do something different. (What was the point of the 7 part questionnaire?) All appeals are finished, and I have to wait till December for the strike to go away.
"We reviewed your content carefully, and have confirmed that it violates our hate speech policy."
Which means the person who reviewed the appeal and thus the "hateful" part of the video, either:
1. Doesn't understand comedy, context, and/or English.
2. Doesn't understand the hate speech policy.
3. Is so pro-Jewish, that any mention of the word in any context -- comedic or otherwise -- equals hate speech. Or
4. Never listened to the clip, and just checked a box, and hit a submit button.
So congrats youtube, for screwing over yet another creator. Because he was joking around with a bunch of friends. About avatars.
