I grew up on the south side of Chicago, then moved to Denver, Colorado at 20 years old. I met my wife and we moved to Grand Junction, Colorado to raise our 2 kids. Spent almost 50 years there. So 4 distinct seasons. She passed away 6 years ago and now I live in Siem Reap, Cambodia. I am now doing warm and sunny. I have all 4 covered. 😂

I am near Chicago which has some Beautiful Christmas decorations🎉🌺 and of course all the Holiday Events and a Great Christmas market from Germany👏 But my favorite is still Stockholm where I used to live with the music scene and the Great Food🥇

Living in Panama city, Panama, we get the beach and the city lights almost all year round. I think my family would like to vacation to someplace cozy and wintery. We have done something like that in Canada and it was awesome!

For the holidays? It’s an interesting question cause I never consider traveling abroad for the holidays generally. Probably could go in two different directions. The first one is I may want to enjoy all the Christmas and New Year’s festivities in places in Europe. Granted, let’s say winter starts off early where I live (New England) and the weather is constantly cold. That may be warm and sunny just so I can keep a check on my mental health.

These are good choices but I can’t afford a vacation right now but these places are already here in Canada I really don’t need to outside of Canada if I do these places for me anywhere but the united state because under Trump and his Police state and how they treated some Canadian tourists or visiting relatives is like pour Nazism! One couple got detained at a airport and got like held and detained for 6 hours and more or less ruined their family visit and said hell no we are not coming back until Trump regime is over and they respect our personal rights and privacy! 😅
