I'd like to see more about burnout and how to navigate when you have it. What helps, how to use the time when you're able to be on sick leave and how to get back in life? ❤️

Hi! I’m a female engineer from Australia looking to love to Japan, I’d love to see some vids about the working environment in Japan for expat engineers, or tips for interviews / the hiring process? Especially for non-bilingual applicants. Thanks!

I work in People Ops/HR in San Francisco and have been with tech startups most of my career. I’d be interested in hearing about differences in perks/benefits and office culture between Japan and the Bay Area. Things like dog friendly offices, unlimited paid time off, 100% paid health insurance premiums, paid parental leave, meals and snacks, team building and retreats, gym and internet reimbursements, discounts or partnerships with other businesses like access to boutique medical clinics, employee assistance programs for free sessions with a licensed mental health professional or attorney, adoption assistance, fertility preservation, tuition reimbursement or stipend of external learning like conferences, game rooms/ping pong area…. Let me know if you need help with the Bay Area perspective. Startups I’ve worked at in the past have had offices in Israel, India, Portugal, Mexico, and smaller offices in other countries in APAC and Latin America, but I’ve not worked with a Japan office yet so I’m curious.
