Flew from Hawaii to Australia in a C-130. Would have been faster to swim there. πŸ˜†

Living in the South island of New Zealand means any overseas trip other than going to the East Coast of Australia or the Pacific Islands takes a minimum of 14 hours and can be 30+ to Europe with connecting flights.

I regularly fly Germany to Australia. Minimum 24 hours, with one stop, depending on airlines/route. We usually do Munich - Dubai - Melbourne.

Funny thing is, an 11+ hour flight can be better than a 5-7 hour flight. If you are trying to sleep there’s enough time.

Never been on a plane. I've always wanted to though. I disabled and it would make it hard. I hurt and would make me hurt more standing and especially sitting . May God bless everyone πŸ™

The flight that took forever, for me as a six year old in 1962, was about 14 hours long. We were on a 4 engine prop flying from Paris to New York. I remember that in the back of the plane was a sleeping compartment.
