My wife "goes to bed" and then spends, sometimes hours, on social media. She often falls asleep with the phone in her hand, sitting up against the headboard. I don't rush to bed anymore. And, if I get to bed before she does, I have just accepted the fact that it won't be our "alone time" like it was before we got "smart" phones.
