For the longest time, “Freedom Frequency” was a concept that I didn’t have a name for. On a theoretical level, I was tailoring my inner energy, my external actions, and my personal desire vision to a life that was based around *freedom*. But I hadn’t been able to summarize it so concisely until recently.
Throughout the years that I have been on this journey, it became clear to me that this concept of “freedom” is really my ultimate purpose in this lifetime: to embody the freedom frequency, to experience the *pleasure* that this provides me in my life, and share my journey so that all the ups and downs that I went through to figure it out, you don’t have to!
*(And seriously, there have been A LOT of shit show moments, from failed launches, to a deactivated instagram account, to a near drowning experience, to commitment issues, and MORE).*
Freedom frequency as a concept is about breaking free from the chains that hold you back from living your most authentic and bold life, shedding the limitations that keep you playing too small, and ultimately designing a life that resonates with your deepest desires and allows you to show up and BE in the essence of *who you are.*
It’s about creating your *own unique rhythm* of living life that aligns you with your purpose, gives you a deep sense of fulfillment and allows you to experience this pleasure that “freedom” brings, every damn day.
**FREEDOM is a FEELING.**
It’s the emotional experience of ease, expansiveness, lightness, ease and pleasure. (Add your own emotions to expand on this list for yourself!).
**FREQUENCY is about what you are broadcasting out to the world**.
Just like with a radio station, what you are broadcasting is going to be what you receive in return.
If you’re broadcasting a country music channel frequency, then you will be attracting people that are also listening to country music. Make sense so far?
So then when you replace that with broadcasting freedom versus fear, you are either calling in MORE fear or MORE freedom.
The choice is yours… but aligning yourself with a FREEDOM FREQUENCY brings you far more success, joy, adventure, and manifestations than the "fear" frequency will.
