@unicornathon

I print a finger brace out of TPU that protects my finger from a debilitating skin condition. It has given me the use of my hand again whereas before I was disabled without it. The brace also speeds healing and reduces scarring as it protects the finger from further damage, allowing it time to heal, and the plastic pressing against my finger reduces scarring (as placing a plastic film on healing and scarring tissue has long been shown to substantially reduce scarring). The brace literally changed my life by restoring the lost functionality of my dominant hand.

I'm working right now on a 6U 10" networking rack and am printing all the rack mounts custom fit for the equipment I got and rack accessories too. Probably my most useful prints to date are coasters/cup risers for my Nissan Kicks' front cup holders. The cup holders are so deep that they require something to raise up all small & some medium drinks otherwise I can't get them out of the cup holders.

Mulitboard, but only in small doses. I have a section in the kitchen to wrangle wires and extra implements, and another to organize all my wall mounted network gear.

The ultimate towel holder you featured in one of your videos. Printed a dozen of those in PCTG, they are all around the house, just indestructible.

I'm working right now on a modular pill holder bracelet design so your pills are always on so you don't forget/are too lazy to take them, and you can track whether and when you took them by just looking at your wrist.

I made an exhaust for a portable air conditioner so it would fit out of a window that didn't open far enough for the exhaust that came with the unit. It's a fairly simple shape, but it was the first non-basic thing I designed in Fusion 360, so I'm kind of proud of it for both the utility of the piece, and the progress I made in CAD to make it

The junction box for the dual battery system of my ebike. Not the most complicated design I ever made, but the one that gave me a near infinite range glitch on my ebike.

my favorites are multiboard, the optimized bed scraper xl, & the cereal dryboxes i use which are an amalgamation of other drybox project parts. i also really like the assistive devices from makegood & hope to be able to distribute some of those in my area sometime in the next couple years, along with similar assistive devices for dogs & cats.
