Américaine Chef from La William. It tastes amazing with crispy fries, also great with meat. Try also their Andalouse, which is a bit softer but very addictive.

5 serrano peppers, handful of cilantro and a can of diced tomatoes. Mix up in a blender until smooth. Can be a dip or spooned over enchiladas or most importantly..... tacos.
